What we collect. If you submit the quote form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the type of roach or pest problem you describe, and your preferred contact time. If you email us, we receive your email address and message. We do not collect payment information, and browsing the site requires no account and no personal data.

How your information is used. Quote-form submissions exist to get you quotes: we pass your contact details and problem description to one or more licensed pest control companies that serve your area, as described next to the form's consent checkbox. Those companies may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. We may earn a referral fee for this — see our About page for the full disclosure. We do not sell your information to data brokers or use it for unrelated marketing.

Analytics. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to count page views and understand which pages help people. We do not run advertising trackers or build visitor profiles.

Retention and removal. Lead records are kept only as long as needed to service referrals and maintain basic business records. To have your information deleted, email us via the contact page and we will remove it from our systems; note that companies your request was already referred to hold their own copy under their own policies.
